Sichuan Chilli Oil is heady and fragrant from a secret blend of spices, packed with numbing Sichuan peppercorn and umami crushed Sichuan chilli pepper.

Chilli Crisp is crunchy, crispy and nutty. My homemade version of the inimitable Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil.

Chiu Chow Chilli Oil is packed with fresh garlic and red chilli. Originating from Chiu Chow (aka Chaozhou) in Southern China. The gubbins are an umami laden flavour-bomb.

Delicious, well worth it

I have one of Pippa’s cookbooks and made the sichuan chilli oil recipe from that which was a game changer for taste. Buying smaller batches direct is really convenient and so fragrant, uplifts everything you put it on. Crispy chilli oil totally delicious too. Thank you!
